The Heroes Squad is our unlimited monthly wash membership. Join and enjoy daily washes, VIP entry, and free vacuums, all for less than the cost of two single washes. It’s the most efficient way to keep your ride clean all month long.
How do I sign up for the unlimited membership?
You can join the Heroes Squad online anytime or in person at our location on Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Our team will be happy to assist you either way!
How often can I wash my car as a member?
Members can wash once per day, every day. Rain or shine, we’ve got your six.
When will I be billed?
Your membership is billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
How do I cancel my membership?
We hope you stay with us, but if you need to cancel, you can do so online under Manage My Membership or by visiting our location. No contracts. No pressure.
What if I get a new car or license plate?
No problem! Just update your info online or let a team member know during your next visit, we’ll take care of it for you.
Are the vacuums really free?
Absolutely! Every paid wash or active membership comes with access to our free vacuums, towels, window cleaner, air guns, and more.
What vehicles can go through the tunnel?
We can accommodate most standard cars, SUVs, and trucks up to 84 inches in height. Vehicles with oversized attachments, ladders, or exposed equipment may be restricted for safety. When in doubt, ask our team before entering.
Is it safe for electric or hybrid vehicles?
Yes! Our tunnel is fully electric vehicle–friendly.
Do I stay in my vehicle during the wash?
Yes, please stay inside your vehicle. Just put it in neutral, hands off the wheel, foot off the brake, and enjoy the ride.
Do you offer detailing or interior services?
Nope, we’re express exterior only, but our free vacuums and tools let you DIY your interior clean-up anytime.
How does your system recognize my car?
We use License Plate Recognition (LPR). No stickers. No hassle. Just roll up, and the gate opens automatically.
Is your wash eco-friendly?
Yes! Heroes Car Wash uses biodegradable soaps and water-reclaim technology to reduce environmental impact. It’s clean you can feel good about.

Mon–Sat: 7 AM – 8 PM
Sunday: 9 AM – 6 PM
What holidays are you closed?
We may close on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Check our Google listing or social media for updates.
